Clients would be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- and get a prompt response. In addition to our office telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address, we provide clients with the cell telephone number for their principal consultant.
The following story illustrates our around the clock coverage. A New Jersey bank, who was not a CSB client at the time, called us at home at 10:30 PM. They asked if CSB could calculate the benefits and the present value of the non-qualified pension benefits for their president. The bank was being acquired by a larger bank and this information was needed in order to finalize the deal. We called back with the results at 11:30 PM. The acquisition was completed and it was announced in the newspaper the following morning.
The bank called to thank us the next morning and informed us they were switching to CSB. They said we were a great help and they had no way of contacting their prior actuary, an employee of a large international consulting firm, after 5 PM on a business day or on weekends.
